School Psychologist
Rose Bianchi
Rose joined DES in 2023. She holds the following professional level certifications in the state of Massachusetts: Teacher, Special Needs PreK-9; Teacher, Special Needs 5-12; and School Psychologist.
Rose is a member of NASP and a certified trainer for the Story Grammar Marker. She has led many workshops and consulted to school systems on topics such as dyslexia, teaching reading to dyslexics, and reading comprehension strategies. Rose provides comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and consultation services for DES.

Administrative Assistant
Allie Ford
Allie joined DES in 2025. She is currently attending graduate school at Bay Path earning her master's degree in mental health counseling. Allie earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from UMass and is currently a clinical intern providing services to individuals at a community mental health agency. She provides administrative and documentation support for DES.

Speech and Language Pathologist
Lisa Kozik
Lisa joined DES in 2025. She attended undergraduate school at Ithaca College and received a BS is Teaching students with speech and language disabilities and UMASS Amherst where she received a MA in communication disorders. Lisa has held various roles as an SLP working in nursing facilities, early intervention, pediatric outpatient, and education. She has supervised clinical interns and speech assistants. Lisa also holds certification in Massachusetts and has worked as a Director of Special Education. Lisa provides a range of professional speech and language services for DES including speech and language evaluations, therapy, and supervision.

Administrative Support Staff
Robert Charbonneau
Robert, "Bob" joined DES in 2022. He had a long career in the printing industry as the owner of Fox Press, which he sold in 2000. Bob provides editing, proofreading, and administrative support.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Shauna Giannuzzi
Shauna joined DES in 2025. She holds a Masters of Science Degree in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Elms College in Chicopee, MA and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2010. She is licensed in the states of CT, MA, GA, VA.
Shauna has provided ABA services and behavioral and consultation services to school districts, clinics, and home based programs. Shauna has had a variety of roles throughout her career such as Supervision Coordinator, Senior BCBA, and Associate Clinical Director. She has also supervised students enrolled at Bay Path University’s Masters in Behavior Analysis Program as an adjunct supervisor since 2012. Shauna has presented at the Association for Behavior Analysis International Conference in 2009 and 2013.
Shauna conducts functional behavior assessments and creates behavior intervention plans for DES.
